- Looking for a VP level - Senior Program Manager having more than 12 years of experience
- MUST : Prior experience in financial services industry required; knowledge of Capital Planning, Stress testing and / or Basel III framework preferred
- Project management experience
- bility to interface to multiple stakeholders and navigate complex global delivery team
- Experience working in Scaled Agile delivery methodologies.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good attitude to learning and adopting style to work with the team
- MUST : Based in Whippany, NJ (must work from the office twice a week on a prescribed team schedule)
- Works well in a matrix management environment
