- 7AM-3PM)
- Vaccination Required :
- COVID, TB from the 90 Days of the Start Date.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions using EMR and EHR systems.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Qualifications :
- Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
- A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred.
- Current BLS / CPR certification (required for all SNFs, Behavioral Centers, ALFs, and ILFs as mandated by state law).
Job Type : Contract
Pay : $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours : 32 per week
