We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our client’s Long Term & Rehab Facility.
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions using EMR and EHR systems.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
- A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required for all SNFs, Behavioral Centers, ALFs, and ILFs as mandated by state law).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
