Closing and Opening Team Members

Job Summary
The Opening and Closing Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store during closing hours. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a keen understanding of store operations. The ideal candidate will manage closing procedures, and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Duties

• Manage cash register operations, including cash handling and balancing at the end of the shift.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Train team members on food preparation standards and food safety
• Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation and service.
• Assist in restocking items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store during opening and or closing hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with a basic understanding of math for accurate transactions.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and help customers effectively.
• Experience in food preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
