Job Summary
The Team Member plays a crucial role to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store during all operational hours. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a keen understanding of store operations. The ideal candidate will be courteous, dependable, timely in completing required tasks, maintain a sense of urgency throughout scheduled shift. Must also work well and strive to bring out the best from others.

Duties

• Cash register operations, including cash handling and balancing at the end of the shift.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Maintain highest level of food preparation standards and food safety
• Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation and service.
• Assist in restocking items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store during scheduled shifts.

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but NOT mandatory.
• Strong cash handling skills with a basic understanding of math for accurate transactions.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and help customers effectively.
• Experience in food preparation is a plus but NOT mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
