Team Member/Assistant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and proactive Team Members and Assistant Managers to support our dynamic team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a background in food production in quick service restaurant setting. This role requires effective communication, organizational abilities, and a passion for teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of delivering high standard of quality, service, and cleanliness to each and every guest.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Support food production processes and deliver hot and fresh food.
• Utilize POS system for order processing and inventory management.
• Work with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Participate in training development for new team members, sharing knowledge of best practices in food management and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout all dayparts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food production processes and safety standards.
• Experience in food management or training development is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including some weekends.
