What are the responsibilities and job description for the Harvest Associate position at NR Parentco LLC?

Shift Availability: Sunday- Wednesday and Wednesday- Saturday
Effectively harvests and trims plants per established SOP’s. Responsible for accurate and efficient breakdown and wet trimming for scheduled harvested products. Ensures all dry flower is harvested efficiently. Assists with maintaining digital tracking sheets.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for harvesting plants through the use of hands and machines on assigned harvest days at multiple facilities
- Harvesting responsibilities include chopping down plants, removing fan leaves and stalks, weighing plants and waste, transporting plants through facilities, organizing plants and labels, and maintaining machines with hand tools and solvents
- Adjusts techniques to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana being manicured to balance speed and quality
- Maintains established rate of manicured flowers per hour while maintaining quality standards
- Clean and sanitize workspace and equipment
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold a valid, or receive, a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) employee badge
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous cannabis experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs.
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes or items.
- Ability to work in the same area as cannabis and have direct contact with cannabis material
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks for the majority of your workday
- Ability to safely use and store chemicals including pesticides, fungicides, cleaning agents, and nutrient concentrates following manufacturer’s recommendations and/or SOP’s
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- In person at production location based on schedule
