What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at Nram United?

CAN YOU DO THESE THINGS :
- Use ERP system to manage and complete all Estimating Requests assigned according to the Estimating Schedule.
- Thoroughly review all Estimating Requests and corresponding drawing(s) / drawing sets to build an accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) which includes all labor hours and materials, by department, required to manufacture and install any given request.
- Create Take-Offs from bid documents when required (if time allows) or submit Take-Off Request to outside vendor, in a timely manner.
- Send out RFP requests to outside vendors in a timely manner, clearly expressing the quote you are seeking and required turnaround time and follow-up to maintain completion dates.
- Thoroughly review all vendor quote responses to ensure the vendor quote matches your initial request.
- Communicate any RFI questions, via email, directly to Account Executives and Project Managers, in a timely manner.
- Clearly communicate (in writing and upload to the quote) any / all assumptions made so that this information is included in our Proposal to the client.
- For Bids, fill in the Proposal Template with all sign descriptions (and assumptions made).
- Provide "recap" email on any large-scale or unique projects to help streamline the Estimate Approval Process.
- Complete scheduled work on time and within budgeted hours.
- Update the existing Estimating Vendor Contact spreadsheet with any new / changed contacts or companies as they arise.
Estimate to cost and retail of all signs.
PAY :
24-$28 an hour based on verifiable experience within the sign industry
