Foreman

We have an immediate opening for a Foreman in the Northern California area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Rigging and climbing towers to perform installations and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct field service operations related to telecommunication equipment.
• Utilize premium skills such as fiber splicing and high voltage work.
• Operate bucket trucks for cabling and other tower-related activities.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all tasks.
• Install antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power at elevated heights.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Dedication to continued training and professional development.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in a clean and operational condition at all times.
• Interact professionally with Customer Representatives.
• Train, direct, and assist crew with completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry.
• 1 year experience as a Foreman overseeing a tower crew preferred.
• Ability to climb tall structures.
• Climbing certifications preferred.
• Must be flexible to work overtime, including weekends or evenings at times.
• Must be flexible working out of town and staying out town.
