Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute corporate social media strategy
- Provide guidance and strategic direction for social posts and campaigns for optimal performance
- Liaise with brand counterparts to learn and implement best practices for enterprise
- In partnership with other NRG business units and teams, create content by proactively story-mining across the enterprise
- Write, edit, publish, and manage organic and paid content
- Develop and manage content calendar for all social activations on corporate channels
- Oversee content creation captured at NRG corporate events
- Collaborate with creative team and corporate stakeholders to produce assets or copy needed for content
- Notify and monitor for any breaking, crisis, or urgent need-to-know industry or company news
- Continuously measure and optimize analytics while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future strategies or tactics
- Address community management including customer questions or comments as needed, following the established escalation protocol
- Develop and implement social media guidelines and engagement tactics for employees
