Summary
In this role, you will be a valuable member of the Research & Insights team at Vivint. This is an eight-strong team of researchers who work with Vivint customers and other consumers to help inform:
- Product roadmaps, through discovery work and concept testing
- Product development, through usability, value, pricing, and other testing and research
- Product iteration, through satisfaction surveys, interviews, and other methods
- Product naming, branding, pricing, and other marketing decisions
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with UX Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and various departments through the organization to plan, prepare and execute ongoing research.
- Execute survey research projects with Vivint customers and other consumers to provide insights to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze survey findings
- Read out on survey results to stakeholders.
- Participate in educating teams on valid, reliable, and ethical research and testing best practices.
- A passion for user research, and clearly demonstrated empathy for end users
- Designing and running surveys.
- Knowledge of presentation and spreadsheet software.
- 1-3 years of experience running, analyzing, and presenting findings from surveys with consumers.
