Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team by identifying key decision-makers and understanding customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and provide them with information on our products/services to generate interest.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate customer data.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting how our solutions can meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and manage relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to better understand customer pain points.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and processes.
- Coachable and open to receiving feedback to continuously improve performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
