A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE SALES REP
As an Outside Sales Rep, you are the face of our business. Outgoing and personable, you enjoy meeting new people each day. You are familiar with the insurance plans we offer, and you are eager to show potential clients how they might benefit from our services. Always professional, you meet with HR directors and business owners to identify their needs, discuss plans, and negotiate contracts. You have superb customer service skills and a talent for establishing and maintaining positive client relationships. Additionally, you use our interactive customer relationship management (CRM) tool to manage accounts. Whether you’re identifying prospective customers, exploring potential leads, or following up with existing insurance clients, you are driven by your desire to succeed. 6 months of experience as a sales representative is preferred.
