WHDG HODAG Country seeks to fill an extremely rare, once-in-two-generations, opening for the vital role of Program Director/Production Manager.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands that the brand is bigger than the music, and involves local talent, local content, great promotions and knowing your listeners by being active in the community. You will be the live and local face of the station and represent it frequently at remotes, public appearances, parades, festivals and other events.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and assigning production for the market to ensure the highest quality commercial and liner content for our clients and the stations.

Requirements
· Previous experience as Program Director/On-Air Host/Production Manager
· Strong communication skills
· Organizational and time management talents
· Ability to lead and motivate others
· Computer proficiency
· Basic knowledge of in-studio and transmitter site technology
· Knowledge of all applicable FCC rules and regulations
· Familiarity with vCreative/PPO is a plus
