What You’ll Do:
- Engage Homeowners: Visit residential properties, educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, and explain how our solar solutions can transform their energy use. Address questions and concerns, ensuring they fully understand the advantages of going solar.
- Generate Qualified Leads: Assess homeowners’ energy needs, consumption patterns, and solar potential to identify qualified leads. Schedule appointments for detailed assessments with our solar energy specialists.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and professionalism. Provide outstanding service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by promoting and selling our solar solutions. Adapt your approach based on customer needs and market trends to maximize conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for Renewable Energy: A genuine interest in the solar industry and its positive environmental impact. You should be excited about explaining the benefits of solar power and its potential to improve homeowners' lives.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with homeowners. You should be able to clearly explain complex concepts and offer solutions that meet their needs.
- Sales & Customer Service Experience (Preferred but not required): Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we’re willing to train individuals who are eager to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
- Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are essential for traveling to appointments within your designated area.
- Flexibility: Available to work Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling to meet homeowners’ needs.
