Job Summary :
- The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications for our Residential New Construction or Retail Teams.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Works under general supervision to install heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.May tests systems to ensure proper functioning.Identifies issues and follows-up with required repair to ensure all relevant components are working correctly to ensure compliance.Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner.May perform start-up on air conditioning systems as needed.Fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.Follows safety policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.Duties may vary by location.Minimum Requirements :
High school diploma or GED. Experience may be substituted for education.Prior HVAC installation experienceAbility to read installation plans / documentsMaintains and cleans work area upon completionGood verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writingBeginner computing skills and able to use a computer, laptop or tablet.Valid driver's license requiredAbility to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be requiredPreferred Qualifications :
HVAC trade school certification1-2 years’ experience in construction, HVAC or related experienceEPA CertificationAdditional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Majority of work will take place at occupied residential homes and / or construction sites.
