Job Summary :
- This role is a member of the Performance Optimization Team for Consumer Energy. This team is responsible for analyzing detailed KPIs related to the business performance of the Consumer Energy business – particularly focused on retention, bad debt, revenue optimization, and margin. This team is also responsible for working with business owners to identify, implement, and measure improvements to these KPIs.
- This role will address KPIs across the Consumer Energy business, with initial focus on Texas Bad Debt & revenue optimization.
