Senior Machine Learning Scientist
A leading home security technology company is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist to develop and deploy cutting-edge NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance AI-driven solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and deploy NLP and LLM models (e.g., Llama, GPT, BERT, CLIP, DINO) for real-world applications.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in transformer models, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Contribute to ML infrastructure and tools for scalable deployment.
- Identify and drive research initiatives that impact business outcomes.
What You’ll Need:
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience developing/fine-tuning LLMs and NLP models.
- 3 years building production-grade ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with speech recognition, natural language understanding/generation.
- Publications in ML conferences, workshops, or journals.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Contributions to open-source NLP/LLM projects.
