Summary :
We focus on delivering innovative technology and Servicess through efficient and high-quality releases. The Senior Release Manager will oversee the release management process for a dedicated product vertical, ensuring on-time delivery while aligning with organizational goals and exceeding customer expectations.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Work in a highly collaborative and autonomous environment to manage and oversee all aspects of the release process for a specific product vertical.
- Coordinate the scheduling and communication of planned releases, ensuring alignment and transparency with all stakeholders.
- Track and manage all release components using designated tools to maintain comprehensive oversight and accountability.
- Ensure builds are correctly deployed to appropriate environments, verifying readiness and accuracy in deployment processes.
- Monitor key release metrics to ensure adherence to established procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Conduct release readiness reviews before deployment and post-release assessments to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
- Maintain detailed documentation of release plans, dependencies, and outcomes to foster transparency and collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Program, Engineering, and Quality, to align release strategies and resolve challenges.
- Standardize and streamline release practices across teams to reduce complexity and enhance operational efficiency.
- Address and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and predictable releases.
