Juice/Smoothie Bar Staff

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Must be responsible and demonstrate good character and positive attitude. You can make $16.50 per hour or better depending on your service. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Need someone bilingual (English/Spanish) but not mandatory with flexible hours Monday-Sunday.

Duties

• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
• Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance guest experiences.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with smoothie preparation is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clientele.
• Must complete 4 hour course for up to date Limited Food Managers Certification.
