NRGUSA is currently seeking an experienced Preschool Director to lead the Preschool Program of an innovative private school and daycare. The Preschool Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool and daycare programs, ensuring that all activities meet the educational, safety, and developmental needs of the children. This role includes managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for children, families, and staff. Candidates possessing robust enrollment strategies and relevant experience represent a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and maintain an educational, caring, and safe environment for the children and parents.
- Excel in leadership, management, and operation of the school, ensuring that the school is operating under school and state licensing standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain quality staff. Manage work schedule planning, evaluate staff performance, and provide coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement curriculum.
- Design and improve program plans. Assist in planning, administering, and adhering to annual program budgets.
- Be a trusted liaison to parents and staff.
- Oversee and communicate students’ educational well-being and journey to parents.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 core ECE Units is required
- Six-semester units in administration and supervision of childcare and development
- 5 years of educational leadership and management experience
- 5 years of experience as a Preschool Director
- 3 years of early childhood teaching experience
- Strong staffing resources and aptitude
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with childcare education software, such as Brightwheel or Procare
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding of basic productivity software
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Mandated Reporter Training certificate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in ECE or Child Development
- Language skills in Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred but not required

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Compensation: $70K - $80K, plus bi-annual performance bonuses
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
