Lee Health is a non-profit organization with nearly 90 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida, employing over 16,000 staff and 830 primary care and specialty care providers. Our health system includes four acute care hospitals and two specialty hospitals with a total of 1,812 hospital beds.
Position Information :
LPG Hospitalist Medicine is seeking board eligible / board certified Internal Medicine / Family Medicine physicians to join their team. This exclusive physician group is team-oriented, quality-focused, and industrious, currently seeking daytime hospitalists and nocturnists for positions at our acute care hospitals (Lee Memorial, HealthPark Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical Center, and Cape Coral Hospital). These positions are 7 days on, 7 days off with 12-hour shifts. There is also the possibility to work with the Lee Health Residency Program if interested. Advanced provider support is in place to help cover admissions. Daytime hospitalists typically care for 15-18 patients per shift with a goal of 16. Quarterly quality incentives and extra shifts are available for additional compensation.
