What you’ll do as an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Speak with customers face-to-face about Verizon products services that best fit their needs
- Manage current and new client accounts, ensuring clients' needs are met, while identifying opportunities for sales
- Collaborate with the sales team and other Entry Level Account Managers to identify areas of improvement in customer service, account management, and sales performance
- Keep records of all sales transactions and client interactions to accurately track client retention and sales performance
- Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Mentor other Entry Level Account managers in the sales process, working towards a future Senior Account Manager role

- Previous experience as an Account Manager, in sales or customer service
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts
