Inside Sales Consultant Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team at our Stoughton branch. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound sales calls and following up on warm and hot leads
- Conducting on-site and video surveys to assess moving needs
- Providing expert advice to customers on logistics and service options
- Building strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by management
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 2-5 years of inside sales experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, basic knowledge of sales principles and best practices, and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Teams).
