Sales Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team at our Stoughton, Massachusetts branch. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, conducting on-site surveys, and consulting with customers regarding logistics and service options.
- Handle inbound sales calls and follow up on warm and hot leads
- Conduct on-site and video surveys to assess moving needs
- Consult with customers regarding logistics and service options
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring follow-up and follow-through
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by management
- Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 2-5 years of inside sales experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, basic knowledge of sales principles and best practices, and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Teams).

Work Schedule
You will work Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM, with one day per week from 10 AM – 7 PM EST), one Saturday per month (8 AM – 4 PM), and have one remote day per week.
