What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Mortgage Originator Assistant position at NRL Mortgage?
A Loan Originator Assistant (LOA) will support the Loan Originator(s) in managing customer pipeline aspects.
The LOA will manage the client pipeline and maintain a database of current and potential clients. This includes entering accurate information into our system.
- Arrange meetings with, meet, and collaborate with clients on loan applications and associated processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the application/filing process.
- Assist the Loan Originator with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Support the Loan Originator in completing and processing loan applications.
Represent Nations Reliable Lending, LLC professionally by dressing professionally daily while in the office or attending events.
Key requirements include excellent customer service skills, teamwork abilities, and proficiency with computers.
Basic to Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, are required.
Mortgage banking experience or a related industry background is preferred.
