The Asset Manager - Market Rate will support the Director of Asset Management by maintaining oversight of all market rate assets in assigned markets, responsible for ensuring asset performance, monitoring market conditions, and business plan execution throughout all stages of investment lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities :
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree required. Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
Experience : 3-5 years of operational and financial multi-family real estate experience
Technical Skills : Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Proficient in Excel
Work Environment : This is a hybrid role based out of our Cleveland corporate office with flexibility to work remotely. Candidates must be willing to commute into the office at least 3 days / week.
