Under the direction of the Director of Development Accounting and Finance, the Financial Analyst manages the financial aspects of projects as they progress through both the development and construction phases.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s) :
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA / MBA preferred
Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong emphasis placed upon your record of teamwork, communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Timberline software a plus
