Essential Functions :
Manage logistics and event planning for learning programs and activities : Efficiently handle scheduling, coordinate training and event spaces, arrange lodging and meals, and prepare materials to ensure smooth execution of learning programs.Manage onboarding tasks : Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless transition from candidate to employee by managing pre-start communications with new hires and managers, conducting day-one and subsequent onboarding activities, conducting pre-determined check-ins, ordering materials, and consistently evaluating processes to enhance the new hire experience.Manage compliance training needs : Oversee compliance training program rollouts for all employees and specific groups, including communications, completion tracking, and reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational risk goals.Create and distribute communications : Leverage design tools to create and disseminate visually appealing and engaging communications, newsletters, collaterals, and workbooks, etc. for upcoming programs to keep employees informed and engaged.Support the administration of learning and leadership programs : Perform administrative tasks for programs such as 360 assessments and grant programs, including managing communications, collecting necessary information, tracking progress, and generating reports.Manage LMS content : Assist with the creation, upload, and management of content in the Learning Management System (LMS), conduct regular audits, and make recommendations to improve the user interface and experience.Administer vendor programs, contracts, and invoices : Serve as the administrator for vendor program logistics, usage tracking, contracts and invoices, making recommendations to optimize program effectiveness.Produce virtual classroom training sessions : Act as a producer for virtual classroom training sessions, ensuring technical smoothness and participant engagement.Track and monitor to budget : Create and maintain tracking system to monitor performance against budget on all learning programs.Monitor learning mailbox : Respond to inquiries or forward them to appropriate team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication.Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Human Resources, or related field preferredExperience and Attributes :
