Under the direction of the Regional Property Manager and Community Manager, the Manager in Training is responsible for completing all tasks and training programs as assigned. The purpose of this position is to provide a means for the MIT to learn how to manage a property effectively and successfully.
Essential Function Statements :
SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Education : Bachelor' Degree in Residential Property Management or related business degree
Experience : Prior relevant internship experience preferred
Technical Skills : Strong computer skills, especially in the Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
Other requirements : Valid driver's license
