Schedule
- Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 30-min lunch break
- $18.00
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Frequent standing, bending, twisting, pulling, and reaching throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a production environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong literacy and comprehension skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete digital input accurately
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must meet the Qualified Job Rate in training as determined by the Department Supervisor
- Successful completion of company indoctrination, safety training, and understanding of the company’s Quality Manual and relevant processes
- Ability to consistently meet performance standards and follow established procedures
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately coil hoses to fit designated pallet sizes
- Secure coiled hoses with ties and tags, and place on pallets according to production guidelines
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including required tags and computer input
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company protocols
- Understand how to locate and use procedures, forms, and reference materials relevant to the role
- Inspect materials and products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Other Duties as assigned.
