Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Documentation
- Accurately enter and manage all quality-related data in designated systems.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate quality records.
- Assist with various quality initiatives and tasks as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Perform daily inspections of hose production processes to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report product or process nonconformities.
- Initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure finished products meet all specifications and documentation requirements.
- Verify product quantities and ensure conformance to technical specifications prior to shipment.
- Apply Hold or Reject tags to nonconforming materials or suspect products.
- Confirm product specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Remove API monograms from any nonconforming products as necessary.
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant procedures and forms.
- Follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hose production or a related quality assurance role.
- Proficiency in accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong understanding of plant operations and hose manufacturing processes.
- Excellent collaboration and people skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Auditor training and understanding of audit principles.
- Legible handwriting for clear and professional documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of company onboarding and indoctrination programs.
- Successful completion of all safety training requirements.
- Demonstrated understanding of the company’s Quality Management System and procedures.
