About the Job
As a Picker at our Headquarters warehouse, you’ll help send orders throughout the Northwest, the United States, and the world. You’ll have a direct impact on the flow of order fulfillment as we have a same-day shipping commitment to our dedicated customers. This role requires someone who is passionate about serving our industry and loyal patrons.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Delight NRS customers by accurately locating and selecting each line item to fulfill customer orders
- Backstock items when necessary
- Follow proper protocol to ensure accurate inventory count; participate in inventory management projects when needed
- Utilize and properly operate equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided, previous experience not required)
- Assist with receiving and stocking new product when necessary
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
- Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry products necessary for order fulfillment and inventory stocking
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
- Full-time availability prioritized (please include availability if seeking part-time employment)
- Previous warehouse and/or receiving experience
Position will remain open through April 30, 2025 or until filled.
Salary : $15 - $18
