- Respond to machine and dispenser calls in a timely matter
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and current location
- Communicate with dispatchers and other techs to efficiently manage open calls of all types
- Troubleshoot gaming devices, and make repairs as needed
- Address money needs in conjunction with management
- Manage the inventory of the route van to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
- Interact with clerks, management, and customers to solve gaming disputes as they arise
- Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and vault logs
- Keep slot vehicle clean and in good condition
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines
- Perform other duties as assigned
