What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tech (Maintenance) position at NRSI?
- Complete work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
- Interact professionally with guests.
- Respond to emergencies as requested
- Coordinate work with other maintenance personal.
- May perform a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
- Prepare records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
- Comply with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
