About The Role

The Director, Business Development position will drive strategic growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities of specified product line across targeted regions and industries. Reporting to the EVP, Business Development, this role is pivotal in expanding NRT’s market reach, building high-value relationships, and shaping product solutions to meet evolving market needs and champion business development initiatives that align with NRT’s long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand NRT’s presence in target regions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, presenting NRT as a trusted partner.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, competitive dynamics, and unique customer needs of specified product line.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to shape solutions that meet market demand.
  • Develop business proposals, financial analyses, and ROI assessments to support business opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations, respond to RFPs, and close deals in alignment with company goals.
  • Represent NRT at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and establish market presence.
  • Generate insights, reports, and executive briefings to inform and align stakeholders on development progress and strategies of specified product line.
  • Support reseller partners to enhance their understanding and promotion of NRT’s specified product line.
  • Other duties assigned by EVP, Business Development and/or their designates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field/experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally within technology or FinTech sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing high-value client relationships and securing long-term contracts.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, market analysis, and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the casino or gaming industry is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed to engage with clients and attend industry
