Description
The Warehouse/Listing Associate is responsible for listing items on eCommerce platforms, loading and unloading trucks using cranes and forklifts, lifting up to 75 pounds, conducting quality inspections of equipment, receiving, picking, and shipping orders, and disassembling equipment. This role ensures the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and maintenance of the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• eCommerce Listings: Create and manage product listings on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and updates to maintain inventory accuracy. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming stock.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using cranes and forklifts. Ensure all items are handled with care and stored correctly.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect equipment for defects or discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor. Ensure all listed items meet quality standards.
• Equipment Disassembly: Disassemble equipment as required for shipping or inventory purposes.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned, including organizing shelves, restocking supplies, and managing returns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Thorough knowledge of industrial equipment a plus
