Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all guests.
Operations Managing:
- Monitor and oversee the front desk operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all reports (occupancy, cash handling, etc.) are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Problem Solving:
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated guest concerns during the shift.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and guest services.
Safety and Security:
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Monitor hotel premises and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
