Job Summary
Responsible for market access insight gathering and building & implementing market access product reimbursement & coverage communication tools to be used by DPAs, NADs, appropriate NSP associates and select customers. Building of market access programs. Managing market access agency relationships and budgets. Work collaboratively with NSP cross-functional partners such as patient services, marketing, operations and medical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create market access payer and site of care communication tactics to drive NAD & DPA initiatives.
- Develop and implement promotional communication resources in alignment with brand positioning and market access & brand strategy.
- Develop and implement non-personal market access media strategies and tactics that support brand strategy and initiatives including peer to peer digital programs, website resources and others.
- Design, incorporate and manage market access content into brand websites and appropriate sales promotional resources.
- Collaborate in the development and rollout of field-based payer & site of care pull-through programs via promotional material related to coverage, reimbursement and market access topics.
- Conduct, analyze and communicate market access competitive insights & research.
- Build & foster business relationships with key market access payer & site of care opinion leaders and advocates.
- Develop & present market access information to appropriate market access site of care & payer conference audiences, and internal NSP management, committees, NCM / POAs and to functional workgroups.
- Work with Directors of SoC & Payer Strategy to develop, train and implement DPA & NAD market access communication resources.
- Function as an advocate for, and a resource to, channel customer stakeholders pertaining to SoC & Payer product access.
- Work closely with training to provide relevant reimbursement / payer, managed care messaging & problem-solving tools.
- Build and maintain appropriate market access product launch communication tools such as P.I.E., VP decks, cost calculator, billing & coding material, AMCP dossier, P&T Kits etc.
- Manage agency performance and NSP promotional budget effectively.
