- Managing the floater and applicant pools.

- Managing and monitoring the use of fleet and golf carts, including inspections, inventory, and maintenance.
- Engaging in client meetings to ensure satisfaction and success in meeting their needs.
- Assisting in field operations related to client relations and special assignments.
- Coordinating and supporting the onboarding of new clients.
- Working with the Director of Human Resources on employee relations issues.
