Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Operations Manager  to oversee our security operations, manage client relationships, and ensure the highest standards of safety and security. This position requires a skilled leader with a background in both security management and sales. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing teams, interacting with clients, and driving sales growth in a security-related environment. Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred, as you will be working with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management :

Oversee day-to-day operations of security services, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of security solutions.

• Manage security personnel, providing leadership, training, and support to maintain high performance.
• Develop and implement security protocols, risk assessments, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate security performance metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure the achievement of security goals.

Client Relationship Management :

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and productive relationships.

Sales and Business Development :

Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the security sector.

Team Leadership and Development :

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of security officers and other staff members, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.

Compliance and Reporting :

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to security operations.

Qualifications : Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with a strong background in operations and sales.

Skills :

Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to close deals and grow client accounts.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Language Skills :

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Technical Skills :

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
