Now Hiring: 1st Class Pipefitter
Location: Pascagoula, MS

Must be available to work up to 70 hours a week and 7 days
NSC Technologies has an immediate opening for Pipefitters in Pascagoula, MS. 1st Class Pipefitters must have the ability to perform layout, fabrication, instillation, testing and repair of pipe systems .
OT hours available!
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 3 years of Carbon pipe fitting experience in addition to the ability to successfully demonstrate the ability to pass a hands-on pipe fitter test by performing the following: applying a bevel using a grinder with a sanding disc, cutting the opposing end of the pipe to saddle a pipe of the same size at a 90 degree angle in addition to performing silver brazing of a socket joint pipe in the horizontal (flat and horizontal flow) and vertical (vertical up flow) position in accordance of ASME requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Follow blueprints and use hand tools and shop machines.
- Cut and bore holes in bulkheads and decks for the installation of pipes.
- Cut and thread pipe and pipe fittings.
- Connect pipes to fixtures and test systems for leaks, ensuring that the system meets specifications.
- Work with a tacker/helper to perform precision work and solve problems.
- Perceive pertinent details in objects or blueprints.
