Industrial Superintendent

NSC Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Superintendents for projects in Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas.

JOB DETAILS:
PAY: $75k - $100k (DOE)
HOURS: 4 x 10 hour days, OT when necessary - up to 72 hours
START DATE: Immediately upon successful interview

SCOPE:

• 5-10 years of previous construction experience, preferably as a Mechanical Contractor or Prime Contractor in an industrial environment.
• Daily coordination with Operations Team to support current and upcoming projects in the field.
• Assist with project buy-out for supplied materials, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Expedite the material deliveries of subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with the project schedule and coordinated with the project team.
• Coordinate between field operations and the office to seek clarification through the RFI process and ensure drawings are up-to-date.
