What are the responsibilities and job description for the MSP Support Specialist position at NSC?

Position Purpose:
Effectively support the Onsite Supervisor ensuring that the operations run effectively and efficiently for our client. Provide program support to the MSP program and MSP team with leadership and great attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interact daily with client management, craft managers and supervisors to ensure open communication and understanding of the client needs, forecasts, and projections. Provide clients with updates on orders.
- Regularly attend key client meetings and promote client partnership.
- Proactively address and resolve concerns and or complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers; proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure suppliers are compliant with program requirements and client needs.
- Effectively navigate employee relations issues to protect employee, company, and client
- Monitor and lead the deployment and off boarding of field employees.
- Monitor employee performance and attendance and provide feedback to suppliers and craft supervisors as needed.
- Regularly walk through client site to interact with hiring managers, suppliers, field employees, and support elements to the MSP program
- Interact with field employees to ensure that employee morale is high
- Monitor VMS System for the following: Scheduling interviews, meetings, site walkthroughs, managing callouts, onboarding, offboarding, corrective counseling, employee relations, etc.
Minimum Experience Requirements
- 2 years of administration experience
- High School Diploma
Salary : $19 - $24
