Position Summary: Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR functions and enhance team member engagement. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding processes, facilitate wellness programs, and ensure accurate record-keeping while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Update and organize business files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct new hire and benefits orientations, ensuring completion and proper entry of onboarding paperwork in the HR system.
- Lead new hire/benefits orientation.
- Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Plan and execute wellness events, workshops, and activities to foster team member participation and engagement.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials for wellness events to inform and engage team members effectively.
- Collaborate with external wellness providers to enhance and diversify program offerings.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables, to reconcile bills and generate reports on benefits utilization.
- Check Benefits inbox for benefits inquiries and updates on all ADA/FMLA/LOA requests.
- Send Get Well / Bereavement / Congrats on New Baby cards, and gift – cards must be circulated throughout HR Office for signatures.
- Review Paycom for life events changes and pending enrollment approvals. Obtain supporting documentation from Team Member.
- Perform accurate data entry for various HR-related tasks.
- Type reports, letters, and other business documents as required.
- Sort incoming mail and respond or distribute it to the appropriate associates.
- Answer phone calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Take dictation and record minutes during meetings.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders when stock is low.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the HR department.
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate degree
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role preferred.
- Must have great people skills, able to relate to and motivate people of diverse backgrounds.

Hours Required:
