Position Summary: The Processing Director is a strategic leader who overseas operations of the Accounts Receivable, Import file, Data Entry and Cancellations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all revenue-driving departments are aligned, efficient, and operating in a manner that supports the company's overall growth objectives. The Process Director works closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and the Project Management Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible the full life cycle of a customer’s account, those areas, includes invoicing, cash application, customer dispute management, receivables research, collections management, and receivables reporting, Import file, Data Entry and Cancellations.
- Build, lead and mentor a high performance the team while focusing on continuous improvement and progressive problem solving.
- Responsible for department operations issues and manage through process improvement and simplification.
- Play a pivotal role in implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus.
- Responsible for all Accounts Receivable, Import File, Data Entry and Cancellations information is entered and accurate to meet month end.
- Ensure collaboration across other business functions.
- Maintain a complete understanding of the company’s collections and billing process.
- Responsible for effectively interfacing with Executive Team to explain metrics, justify reports, challenges, exceptions, and systems capabilities.
- Drive operational excellence in the organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improvements across the business.
- Supports special projects as required.
- Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes including Accounts Receivable and Cancellations etc.
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s (Required)
- 5 years of accounts receivable experience.
- 5 years supervisory/management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis having intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
- Keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing assignments.

Hours Required: Monday – Friday 8:15am-4:45pm (This is an example and may be changed)
