POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Recruiting Assistant will support our recruitment efforts and help streamline the hiring process. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the HR department, with a focus on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding potential candidates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases for contact center openings.
• Maintains and updates all job postings
• Responsible for contacting all qualified applicants
• Organizing and performing contact center interviews
• Screening all contact center applicants via phone, video interviews and in person interviews
• Extending job offers to screened and qualified candidates
• Sending offer letters to selected candidates
• Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
• Responsible for all candidate and new hire follow up prior to and including first day of employment via email, and phone calls
• Responsible for recruiting tracking and reporting
• Support the onboarding process, including collecting documents, setting up orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Update and maintain HR records, files, and databases.
• Help organize and manage job fairs, recruitment events, and campus recruitment drives.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting team as needed.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.

Hours Required: 40 hours a week, occasional evenings and weekends may be required
