The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our comprehensive range of security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners, construction site managers, and residential community boards.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to meet clients' unique security needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the security, service, or related industries.
