In this role, you will perform a variety of accounts payable activities that have different deadlines and require strong attention to detail. You will have daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to meet.

Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts payable inboxes to receive, review and verify invoices. Identify and research any issues with invoices and/or required documentation received
- Enter invoices for payment accurately and in a timely manner
- Review employee and contractor expense reports for accuracy, ensuring compliance with NSF expense and travel policies, to approve or reject the reports. Collaborate with contractors, employees, and approvers to resolve any expense report issues
- Process and finalize pay-runs from beginning to finish
- Complete month-end accruals for accounts payable North America
- Support the Accounting & FP&A teams by responding to requests and conducting research for the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Prepare the sales and use tax report for the Tax Department
- Complete invoice approvals
- Complete annual 1099s and T4A tax forms
- Develop strong working relations with both internal and external business partners
- Respond promptly to accounts payable inquiries
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a related field
- A self-starter who is motivated and can work independently to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to support others in achieving success
- Capacity to multitask and meet daily objectives
- Detail oriented and with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience with Oracle Financials or similar ERP system preferred
- Experience with Concur
