Job Description
NSF is seeking to add a Retail Audit Manager to join our growing team. As the Audit Manager Retail, you will be responsible for workforce planning for retail audit delivery, creating reports and managing a specialized workforce across multiple client programs. As well as manage audit allocation, scheduling and submissions to ensure timely execution and meet business, operational and client expectations. The candidate must reside on the East Coast to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Supervise auditors, review audit reports and findings in order to maintain high quality, accuracy, and client communications
- Manage auditor utilization, performance, and work quality (i.e. auditor KPIs) to achieve optimal efficiency
- Monitor and manage audit delivery costs and workforce expenses to achieve business objectives.
- Identify territory workforce needs and support talent acquisition in identifying, sourcing, and interviewing for open positions
- Develop / implement onboarding and training plans for new auditors to meet business and client expectations
- Identify, conduct, and / or manage auditor calibration activities
- Monitor efficiency, timeliness, and prioritization in work completion and communicate, rebalance, or reassign when necessary
- Assist with investigation and resolution of internal and external complaints
- Provide departmental performance reports as requested
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business opportunities and growth
- Support the development and implementation of existing or new company systems that support daily operations
- Accountable for ensuring compliance with company and client program standards and procedures
- Assist with creating, implementing, and achieving budget / revenue goals
- Assist the company in client follow-ups and ascertaining client satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested

Salary Range : $60,000 - $78,000
The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
